BIPAI Anonymous Whistleblower Reporting Form

BIPAI is an international organization handling millions of dollars in U.S. federal funds and private donations each year. Scrupulous stewardship of these funds is central to BIPAI's commitment to excellence. This webpage is intended to provide all employees, partners, and other stakeholders a forum to share their concerns about possible fraudulent activity within BIPAI. If you would like to express a concern and are comfortable being identified, please e-mail mferris[at]bcm.edu directly. If you would like to express a concern and are not comfortable being identified, please complete this simple and anonymous on-line form.

Note about anonymity: All web servers log the IP address of computers that access the site. The form above does not specifically store the IP address of the computer on which it was submitted. Cross-referencing the timing of the submission of the form with a list of IP addresses to determine the source computer would be possible in theory; in practice, however, we do not have the resources or intention to investigate anonymous form submissions in this way. Anonymous whistleblowers must provide sufficient corroborating evidence to justify the commencement of an investigation. Because of the inability of investigators to interview anonymous whistleblowers, it may be more difficult to evaluate the allegations and, therefore, less likely to cause an investigation to be initiated.
