Cutaneous cryptococcus neoformans infection

A nine year-old HIV-infected girl with cutaneous cryptococcus neoformans infection. Skin lesions can be single or multiple, and may appear as small papules, pustules, nodules, or ulcers with a base of granulation tissue.
