ClubbingA four-year-old boy presents with a one-year history of persistent low-grade fever and cough despite treatment with multiple courses of antibiotics. His history is also significant for recurrent otitis media and poor weight gain despite adequate appetite. The patient has cervical and inguinal lymphadenopathy, bilateral pulmonary crackles, and wheezes, as well as the finding shown here.
